One of our neighbors trimmed their cherry tree and invited people over to pick some cherries off the downed branches. Bobby and my wife went and picked up quite a few. This was Bobby’s first “cherry picking” experience. The bear is a regular visitor there and even broke the fence down to get to the cherries, so now they just leave the gate open.
Katie had some of the cherries for breakfast!
I took Bobby to see the Superman movie at Landmark Cinemas today (see photo to the right). It was a great movie! Both Bobby and I really liked it. I can see future spin offs from Supergirl and “The Justice Gang”!
The movie theater was pretty empty. The lady at the concession counter said that people go to the beach during the summer, but they will be packed this evening. Good to know… If you want to see a movie in the summer, go during the day. Bobby said that he wasn’t hungry and only wanted a snack pack. Half way through the movie he said he wanted more popcorn, so I went to pick up another snack pack for him.
Bobby has expressed an interest in coming to Victoria with Katie and I next week.
Katie submitted her psychology assignment today.
