Our neighbors, Robert & Gale, are back from their trip across Canada. When we moved in Robert said that he was planning a trip to Newfoundland. They left in late May, and just returned, so it must have been quite a trip. My wife didn’t actually see them, but their camper is back and their laundry is on the line!
We have a lot of crab apples on the tree in the area behind our house. My wife is thinking of making apple sauce from them. They are “kinda” bitter.
The kids had viola/violin lessons with Miss Daisy this afternoon. They recorded pieced in MANY different and varied voices during today’s class.
On the drive back they stopped off at Wendy’s for lunch. They managed to get home through Fitzgerald and Condensory bridge (the traffic on the two other bridges has recently been insane).
Later in the afternoon my wife and Katie took our dog Maple to her rehab appointment. She got laser therapy and a deep tissue massage (see photo to the left). They learned some massage techniques to keep up the work that was done today. The vet sent them home with some pain medication for Maple since she was tortured a bit.
