I drove Katie to school today but Bobby was home sick.
After picking Katie up at Vanier we went for a drive and a bit of shopping. We ended up at Walmart and I picked up a few items for an upcoming “Daddy/Son Day”. You can see them in the photo to the right, but basically they are:
- Cereal Variety Pack
- Juicy Fruit Gum
- Quart of Milk.
I was mentioning to Bobby the other day that when I was growing up we used to have these little variety packs of cereal where the box became the bowl. Well, low and behold, they still have them! When I told Bobby that I planned to go pick this up for a future Daddy/Son Day he asked if I could swing by Home Depot and pick up some Juicy Fruit ice cream. Someone at his school must have got some there. At any rate, it’s widely available so I got some at Walmart. Also some milk to wash the cereal down… 🙂
This evening the kids played volleyball in the paddock.
Kristina went home to Victoria this evening. She’s excited about a new job she is applying for.
