Day #487 (Thu., May 5, 2011) – Wave To Daddy
We went to Moe’s tonight as they have $3.00 Joey Burritos. The line was huge, but while I was in the line I had fun waving to Katie. She recognized her daddy and waved back to me.
Remember that yesterday I got Katie a new broom at the Dollar Store? You can see her utilizing it in the photo to the right. I do have to cut off a bit of the stick as it is a bit too long and hard to manage for her. She loves to organize her things, so why not add sweeping to her basket of tricks to keep things clean. It’s amazing you know… How is it that for a girl who is so into organizing her toys are strewn all over the place? Hmmm…
When my wife takes Katie to the nursery for bedtime she will say “Bye Daddy”. She says quite a bit, but it seems to be only me that she adds another word, like “Daddy” to.
