Day #3128 (Mon., Jul 30, 2018) – Katie Makes A Cake
Bobby likes to mash the various Play Doh colors together (see photo to the right). This is something that Katie hates, having colors mashed together like this!
No camp for Katie today. My wife took her over to Arnesa’s with Bobby. I guess while Bobby was sleeping Arnesa and Katie made a cake. Dzenen needs to have some cake each day, so if they run out they need to make another one. I told Bobby not to eat all of Dzenen’s cake on him and he just smiled.
My wife told Arnesa to try and push Katie and keep her busy doing something. She tends to daydream and slack off, and keeping her busy in a chore is good for her. Arnesa did mention that she noticed how Katie’s moods can swing from up to down very quickly.
I spent the morning going to two separate post offices in Raleigh to drop the postcards off.
Katie went to piano class with Miss Laura today. Miss Laura said that it is good that my wife plays the piano with her and keeps her progressing.
My wife told me that Guenther, the boy next door, drove his bike over to our house this evening via the street.
