I dropped Katie off at Vanier this morning and then came back to pick up Bobby and take him to see Dr. Lawley. Bobby explained his knee pain, and Dr. Lawley said to just go about your day and not try to think about it too much. It’s progressing normally and in a while he will be back to normal. Well, he has a three-day-weekend to rest up, with Monday being Thanksgiving.
I dropped Bobby off at Huband on the way home. As soon as he got out of the car the bell announcing the end of recess went off. Bobby tells me that there is no bell to tell the kids when recess starts. Upon getting out of the car Isaac saw him and came running over to say hello.
Katie and Bobby are developing a Roblox game together (see photo to the right). Katie seems more excited about it than Bobby, so we will see what happens… They are eliciting the help of AI.
Katie is excited that Liliana, one of the two girls who sits with her at lunch, wants to sit with her on Monday and Wednesday as well. She is gradually expanding her friend base. The only problem is, she said, is that she thinks Madeline overheard this conversation. We will see what happens.
