The photo to the left shows Bobby and I putting a measuring tape through it’s functionality at Home Depot yesterday.
I dropped Bobby off at Glenwood this morning, as is the norm. I won’t seem him again until I pick him up at Spence’s Farm close to 6 pm this evening.
Just before picking Bobby up I stopped off at Harris-Teeter and got some chicken patties and hamburger buns. He mentioned that he had this for a school lunch the other day, so let’s see if we can make our own at home. I also picked up some chocolate milk, something he has been asking for.
On the way home from Spence’s Farm Bobby told me that he had cheese pizza for lunch today at Glenwood, and that he got to play with Andrew at Spence’s Farm this afternoon.
Katie went to her first dance this evening. It looks like Tinsley talked her into it. My wife dropped her off at Tinsley’s house this afternoon and the plan was for me to pick them up at 8 pm, and drop Tinsley and Izzy off at Tinsley’s house. Well, Leah was also in the group now, and I didn’t have an extra seat in the van. I had to jump out (in the midst of the pickup line mind you), figure out how to set it up, and off we went. Apparently Leah’s dad was going to pick her up, but there was a communication breakdown something. No problem, we met Leah’s dad at Tinsley’s house.
Katie had a good time at the dance so it looks like there will be more of them in the future.
