Katie is still feeling sick so she stayed home. Bobby went to school however. Daddy is very tired… I wonder if BC allergies have not caught up with me?
The laundry guy came this morning to fix the handle on the washer (again). When he arrived Katie was up in her room with Maple while my wife took Batman to the vet to get his stitches taken out.
When Batman returned he was full of energy and curiosity (see photo to the right). Maybe the sweater or the stitches were hindering his activity. Perhaps he will have the ole’ Batman personality now that he no longer has gallbladder problems.
My wife went to Costco for supplies this afternoon and saw Maureen, the lady who used to own our house, there. She mentioned that the furnace to the house is in the crawl space and that we need to change the filter there. She also mentioned that the first floor heat pump was only installed in October 2023.
The weather was so nice and sunny this afternoon that Katie and Bobby played a little tennis! It’s hard to predict the weather here it changes so rapidly…
This evening my wife went to a beginner car class. It was recommended by Amanda, the real estate agent who sold us this house. Amanda knew the instructor, who teaches cars in college. They changed the tire on her 1998 Volvo. The instructor mentioned that you shouldn’t jump the battery on a hybrid as the voltage is extremely high. AAA people should be trained to handle them…
