I put some gravel into the hole in front of the Barn Suite that the chickens dug when they were “dusting” themselves a while back. It was becoming a tripping hazard in the dark. We have a nice “stash” of gravel next to the old barn on our property.
Bobby needs to learn the vocabulary words in the photo to the right by next Thursday. He told me that he had art class this afternoon and it involved using clear glue and merging pastel colors together on a page of paper. I used to have art class on Friday afternoons as well when I was growing up. Wonder if it’s kind of standard as a way to get the kids to wind down and prepare for the weekend.
After school today Bobby rode his bike to our Connor/Dominic’s house to play. He plans on going to Isaac’s house on Sunday.
I picked up a new bag of mealworms as Shar-Kare this afternoon. Our chickens sure love them!
Katie got 95% on her powers/roots unit test. She finished the first quarter with all As and her math’s grade is the highest out of all classes! Both kids had great violin/viola practices this evening.
