Bobby was sick so he stayed home from school today. Katie went to school though. You can see the outfit that she wore to school in the photo to the right.
Our driveway has a huge pothole in it so it needs to be fixed. I plan to put some of the gravel next to the old barn in it and then seal it with some asphalt covering. I’ll check with Home Depot to see what they have available. While at Home Depot I will also pick up some sand for the driveway as winter is coming. No salt as apparently it is bad for the birds.
Katie decided to not invite Emma over this evening. She she said that she needed time to relax.
My wife found out that our hospital has a youth volunteers program and one branch is musical entertainment.
Katie lost her hoodie in the conference she was at last weekend. Apparently it was in Alexis’ car. Alexis is the lady who drove them back home. Now that there is an Amazon device called “Alexa” I would hate to have this name these days… 🙂
Tonight Bobby’s throat started to hurt. He had 101 degree temperature.
This evening my wife found Empress in a nesting box so she put him up on the roost next to Valentine. Checking on the webcam it seems that Valentine still spends quite a bit of the night on the floor. Wonder what’s up with that?
