Day #1450 (Mon., Dec. 23, 2013) – Build A Monster Game (Xmas Day #6)
No school for Katie today. The Christmas Concert last Friday was her last day for this year. My wife is taking the week off from work so she is taking care of her.
The lock I had on my armoire is now keeping Katie out of the hall closet drawer where we keep our medicine so I stopped off at Home Depot at noon and picked up a new one. Now I will be able to file my tax information in my armoire without fear of all the papers going “missing”.
My wife gave Katie a special “ABC Sticker” book this evening. You put stickers on various pages and learn your ABC’s at the same time.
My wife was beat so she went to bed at 7pm while I played with Katie. I gave Katie, as her present for Xmas Day #6, a “Build A Monster” game (see photo to the left).
I woke my wife up at 9pm…her turn to tend to Katie.
