Day #1591 (Tue., May 13, 2014) – Sneezing In Daddy’s Face
I’m taking another vacation day off from work today. I’ve accumulated so much time that I need to use it up by the end of July. When I got up Nikki had Katie in her car and they were just about to leave for the pool. Katie had her inflatable tire with her. Nikki told us when they returned that Katie actually swam about today (armed with her inflatable tire of course)…she wasn’t scared in the least. It’s good to see her not afraid of the water.
This evening I read a number of books to Katie on her bed. She was sniffling and at one point she sneezed right into my face. And you wonder why daddy gets stick all the time.
Katie got into the ribbon this evening (see photo to the left) and proceeded to unwind it all over the living room area. What a mess.
