Day #1680 (Sun., Aug. 10, 2014) – Robin Falls Off The Patio
The photo to the right shows the drawing that Katie made for me this morning. It has sky, a couple of trees, and some ground. The section to the far right is a leaf that Katie was filling in with green stickers.
I went outside this afternoon to try and lure Batman into the house and Robin came running up to me. He jumped onto the top of the patio and lost his footing (perhaps due to the rain) and fell off the patio. I looked down and he was okay…but perhaps shaken a bit.
This evening I brought out some of the comic books that I picked up last May 1st at the local comic book shop. Where does time fly…I never got the chance to give them to her til now. She seemed fascinated with them and liked them even more when I told her that I used to read comic books quite a bit as a kid.
