Day #1684 (Thu., Aug. 14, 2014) – Ten Sticker Books
At noon today I went to A.C. Moore to pick up some sticker books. There were a number of great sticker books there for $1 so I picked up about ten of them (see photo to the right). The nice thing about getting many small books like this is that you can give Katie a present, it will keep her busy for the day, and it only costs $1.
Nikki took Katie to the dentist today as my wife was not feeling well. Her teeth look pretty good – she got complimented on brushing. She does need a filling on that injured tooth (where she hit her mouth on the slide a few years ago). Katie was really good and okay with going to the dentist and behaved well. The dentist gave her a new toothbrush and a little ring for being such a good girl.
This evening I gave Katie one of the $1 sticker books (i.e.: Jungle Animals) that I got at noon today for being such a good girl at the dentist.
