Izzi is taking care of Katie today. We keep forgetting to ask her to show Katie how to play the tuba. I’m sure Katie would get a kick out of it.
My wife went to Duke for a doctor’s visit today. As there was no ultrasound we decided that I didn’t need to go with her.
For some reason little Bobby’s room is really soaking up that gallon of Tinsel Beam I purchased a few days ago. I’m not sure why…I primed the walls before painting. At any rate we decided that we would go ahead and get another gallon…if little Bobby starts drawing on the walls like Katie did when she was younger I’m sure we will be happy we did. As I was picking it up at Lowe’s this afternoon the girl was telling me that this brand is getting discontinued in March so I’m glad we didn’t wait and try to pick it up later on. Take a look at the license plate I saw in the parking lot (see photo to the right).
I then dropped off some clothes at Goodwill on the way to the office. I had to work a bit today on some software architecture diagrams.
I printed out a chord chart for piano keys and taped it on the wall in front of our new electric piano. I’ve already started figuring out “12-bar blues” in the key of C.
