As I was dropping Katie off at Glenwood School this morning we went over our numbers again. I told her that once she hit #14 an alarm should go off telling her that the next number was #15…one that she always seems to miss for some reason. This morning she did fine on this, but forgot what the number after #15 was… 🙂 Another issue with Katie is going to the next value after a “9”. For example, she goes: 18, 19, “20-ten”… I’ve had to correct this issue from time-to-time as well.
Little Bobby rolled over (from his tummy onto his back) this afternoon! My wife tried putting him on his tummy again but it didn’t work the second time.
Little Bobby had his first bowl of organic baby oatmeal today.
The photo to the right shows two “Chomp” presents that Katie got at school the other day. Glenwood uses a “positive reinforcement” discipline process. They don’t punish children but rather give them little “tickets” called “Chomps” that they can turn in and redeem for prizes. Katie redeemed her “Chomps” and got these two presents the other day.
I had to leave work at 2pm today to pick up Katie at Glenwood and drive her home. Katie is not feeling well and we had no other nanny options. I worked from home for the rest of the day.
