Leo’s birthday party involves playing soccer, so with Bobby’s sore ankle he opted out of attending. He will give Leo his birthday present tomorrow when he meets him at school.
Later this evening we all assembled around the television in the family room to watch the sixth game of the NHL playoff finals. The Carolina Hurricanes could win the Stanley cup in Las Vegas tonight, and they did (see photo to the left). My wife’s former boss has season tickets for the Hurricanes games, so it’s too bad that she didn’t get to see the Canes hoist the cup live, like I did 20 years ago this month. They did allow the fans into the stadium in Raleigh for a huge watch party, so there was that.
Katie spent most of the day doing her math homework.
Bobby loves his new microphone. He’s back in business in regards to creating YouTube videos now! We talked a bit about the raw footage for that voiceover I did a month or so ago. He wants to redo it, but Katie and I thin it is good just the way it is.
It’s a FULL DAY of school for Katie tomorrow. This is her last week of grade #10! Her autism assessment comes out on Thursday!
