Day #158 (Thu., June 10, 2010) – Our New House?
5:16am – I’m up. I was so tired last night that I fell asleep during the hockey game. For shame for shame… The Chicago Black Hawks won the cup over the Philadelphia Flyers.
I thought I would add a “splash of yellow” to the blog, so take a look at the photo to the right. It shows a nice little yellow dress that is a recent acquisition of little Katie.
There is this house that I like and I found out today that it has not sold. The owners are living in Arizona now, and the current tenants must just be renters. I’m thinking of dropping the owners a letter expressing our interest. Not that we will buy it, but it’s nice to let your intentions known in case there is a deal available. The nice thing about this house is that it has a huge fenced-in back yard. A definite plus as little Katie gets older. Hard to believe that she will be crawling around soon and we will need to “baby protect” everything.
My mother-in-law made dinner for us tonight. A special chicken dinner and soup. Very tasty and healthy as well.
