Day #2694 (Sat., May 20, 2017) – Bobby Says “Spiderman”
Bobby was up early this morning so as soon as he went to bed for his nap my wife went to bed for a nap. I stayed up to play with Katie. The photo to the left shows the two paper mache figures that Katie and I made last weekend. Today we found time to paint the “dog” and “fat cat”.
This evening I went to Trader Joe’s to pick up supplies for the sandwiches my wife is making for Katie’s piano recital tomorrow. We needed two loafs of white bread and other items to make the “piano keys” sandwiches she will be making.
While at Trader Joe’s I also picked up two bouquets of flowers and two boxes of truffles. One set for Katie and the other set for Laura, Katie’s piano teacher. I think that Katie is more excited about getting the flowers tomorrow than she is about playing the piano. I also picked up some frozen pizza crusts.
Bobby said “Spiderman” this evening for the first time. He has been saying just “man” up til now.
