Day #3022 (Sun., Apr. 15, 2018) – New Lowe’s Dishwasher
Our dishwasher is on it’s last legs and we really need to get a new one before my surgery. My wife will have enough to do after the surgery without worrying about dirty dishes. So, off to Lowe’s we went.
The Lowe’s in Chapel Hill did not have the model we wanted in stock, so the salesman was good enough to call around and find a store that did. There was one available in Pittsboro, so off we went. We purchased the dishwasher and set up a delivery time for this week so that it will be up and running before my knee surgery next week.
The photo to the left shows the Lowe’s “car” shopping cart that the kids enjoyed riding in.
After Lowe’s we went to the McDonald’s just in front of it for lunch. The Happy Meals now have “animal plushies” as toys, so Katie was very excited about that. They each had a Happy Meal and my wife and I each had a bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken (or was it rubber).
