Day #3048 (Fri., May 11, 2018) – Cameron’s First Day
Today is Emily’s last day as my physical therapist. Next week I start with the UNC physical therapists. Sarah, the girl who helped me out with my other knee, will be my physical therapist this time as well. Emily pushed my leg back real hard and it hurt. I jokingly said that I was glad this was her last day and if it wasn’t I would fire her.
The photo to the left shows Bobby’s “flat bed” truck. I explained to Bobby the reason for the name and mentioned that in Britain it is called a “lorry”. He took it all in.
Today is Cameron’s first day as Bobby’s nanny. She said that he told her he remembered her as they drove to the park.
My wife is making piano key sandwiches for Katie’s piano recital tomorrow. She made these same sandwiches for the recital last year and Katie wanted it this year as well. Cameron will be coming tomorrow afternoon during the recital to take care of Bobby. My wife went ahead and got flowers for both Katie and Miss Laura, her teacher, today. Last year I got them.
