Day #285 (Fri., Oct. 15, 2010) – The Little Birdie
My wife wants to go to a consignment sale tomorrow afternoon so I had to re-work my schedule. We should be able to make it now…
I was trying to find some change in my pocket at work today and guess what came out of my pocket? The little bird in the photo to the right. Little Katie broke it off one of her toys so I put it in my pocket so she would not choke on it. I guess this is the sort of thing that happens when you have a kid.
Our new camera has a feature where it can detect a smile, and wait to take the photo til it sees one. Trouble is…you can point it on little Katie for quite a while waiting for a smile to come…depending upon her mood.
I tried to give little Katie a drink of milk this evening but she would have no part of it. She was more interested in grabbing the sippy cup and throwing it across the playyard. She’s teething like mad. She is not herself…that is for sure. I’ll be glad when the nice, cute, happy little Katie materializes.
