My wife ordered the tickets for our trip to Canada this morning. We are raring to go.
Little Katie had great fun today while she was in her crib. She learned to throw a duck rattle from one end of the crib to the other…and laugh while doing it. Once she gets her sleep she can be a very calm and playful little girl.
My wife and I are trying to decide what to do about a baby seat when we rent a car in Canada. We can take our car seat with us, but we will have to pay the airline to have it as baggage. The other option is to rent one with the car, but it is not installed. It might be better to bring our car seat with us as at least we know how to install it.
The photo to the right shows one of little Katie’s latest toys…a toy fair. There are little cars that will go down the red slide, but a ball works exceptionally well.
My wife and I were playing with little Katie on our bed this evening and my wife gave her a toy. Little Katie turned around and gave it back to her. Our little chipmunk is learning to give back and share.
We drove little Katie around the neighborhood twice this evening. The second time my wife had to wake me up close to midnight. Little Katie just would not sleep. She cried and screamed so we had to drive her as that always seems to calm her down enough so she can sleep. The second time did the trick…
WHAT I LEARNED TODAY
