The Camelia tree next to the house is blooming now (see photo to the right).
Bobby was trying to do a flip on the trampoline yesterday and hit his head. As such, no school today! My wife made an appointment for him at Urgent Care for 6:55 pm this evening. He had a headache today, and the doctor said that he had a mild concussion, but unless things get worse, he doesn’t need a CT scan yet. For now, the orders are – no gym this week and then he can slowly increase the activity next week as long as it doesn’t cause the headache.
Katie wants to talk to the Vanier guidance counsellor, Ms. Brach, about her English grade. They were not able to meet today, but hopefully tomorrow.
There was no group viola/violin class this evening as Daisy couldn’t make it back from an appointment she had in time.
We finished our taxes…the accountant submitted them today!
I picked up Katie at Vanier this afternoon and we went for a drive. We stopped off at Tim Horton’s where she picked up some cake Timbits. We were saying how Tim Horton’s is no Dunkin. I told Katie that I had a couple of donuts at the Coffee Cabin run by BigFoot donuts the other day. They were nice, but certainly not the flavors that Dunkin carried.
