The music area downstairs is all cleaned up now (see photo to the right).
Katie is going to create a website for the Model UN club that she is in charge of this year. There are numerous options on how to proceed, but after thinking about it, and discussing it, the best option is to register a .com domain name and host it ourselves. In this way we will have ownership of it and not be reliant on some “free” hosting options that are out there. Jax gave Katie an email address to register the domain and and get hosting. There is talk that we will get reimbursed for these payments, but it’s not so expensive that we can’t EAT the expense. We will see.
Bobby asked Katie to play pool, so it’s nice to see that he does want to get up from his computer screen from time-to-time… 🙂 They played a lot of Genshin Impact today as well.
This evening Katie and I went to the Real Canadian Superstore for groceries. As usual, we are out of milk and bread, but first up, Katie wanted to do a bit of driving so she drove for 40 minutes on the roads near our house. Every little bit counts…
At the Real Canadian Superstore here’s the grocery list: 2% milk, whole wheat bread, bananas, cucumbers, drinkable yogurt, milk, orange juice with pulp, oranges (not red as Bobby doesn’t like them), regular yogurt cups, taco kit (which they seemed to last stock 6 months ago), and tomatoes. Katie also picked up some milk chocolate so that she can melt it and dip her strawberries in it. A bag of chips and some candy also made it into the cart… 🙂
