Day #5537 – (Tue., Mar. 4, 2025) – Shopper’s Drug Mart Comox
Welcome to the first full day of tariffs. The Trump administration put a 25% on Canadian goods at 12:01 am this morning. Does Batman look concerned? (see photo to the right)!
Bobby is still sick so my wife took him to Urgent Care this evening. Katie went to school though.
I went to Shopper’s Drug Mart this evening to pick up the prescription for Bobby that the doctor at Urgent Care prescribed. This time though, we went to the Comox store. It was a lot less hectic, and a lot cleaner than the Courtenay store, but they still required time to fulfill the prescription. Not as quick as I had hoped, but I guess with all the elderly people here in the Comox Valley needing their pills, what can you do.
Katie came along for the drive this evening. We stopped off at McDonalds so she could get a “2 Cheeseburger Extra Value Meal”. Red Fruitopia as opposed to Coke this evening. She is really looking forward to visiting Vancouver in only a few weeks from now.
