The kids had their Christmas concert with Miss Daisy at the Merville Community Center this afternoon (see photo to the right). It started at around 2 pm and ended about an hour later. Maureen, the lady who sold us her house, came to see the kids. She had a cough so she opted to stand at the back of the auditorium.
After the concert they had cookies and drinks at the table at the back of the room afterward. The Oreo cookies seemed to be the “big seller” with the kids.
Katie and I went on another drive this evening. As we were leaving Caroline’s dog Nishka was out side barking at us. Since Caroline was away my wife brought Nishka into the house for a while to play with Maple.
We went to Tim Hortons but Katie only wanted a frosted donut this time. The decorations are out in full force. We ended up on “Bolt Avenue” and a lot of the houses were lit up.
