Day #5833 – (Thu., Dec. 25, 2025) – Christmas Day!

The kids were eager to open their Christmas gifts this morning (see photo to the right). There were a number of packages under the tree, but here are a few highlights:

  • Bobby got a 3D printer.
  • Katie got quartz book ends.
  • There were a number of gifts from Toronto.
  • Santa delivered us a 1000 piece puzzle collage of “2025 Pictures”!

Both kids were ecstatic over the gifts they received!

On the flight home from Toronto yesterday Katie placed her order for pancakes while I was shopping at Thrifty Foods. My wife said that I should pick up some frozen breakfast sandwiches for Bobby. Well, the strange thing this morning is that they were reversed… 🙂 Katie had a breakfast sandwich and Bobby had some pancakes!

My wife spent most of the day setting up the 3d printer for Bobby. The good news is that by the end of the day Bobby was able to make a 3D Cat (see photo to the left).

Unfortunately all this 3d printer work meant that there was no time to make Christmas dinner. No problem, I learned that McDonalds was opened today so I stopped off for Bobby’s order “A 3 Cheeseburger EVM”. Katie ate something at home but came along for the drive.

This evening Katie and I watched a documentary on Egypt and how “Ancient Aliens” might have built the pyramids.
