Day #1579 (Thu, May 1, 2014) – Birds In Apple Juice
The photo to the left shows my wife’s latest painting…a blooming tree. There are actually two more like it. Katie has expressed an interest in having them in her bedroom.
Nikki took care of Katie today. Katie told me that they made chocolate chip cookies. I asked her if she ever made gummy bear cookies? She looked interested…I wonder if this will be their next cooking adventure?
This evening Katie and I played with the tube of toy birds that we gave her on Sunday. I had a glass of apple juice and we pretended that as they were getting a drink they accidentally fell into it. Of course Katie had to rush off and get her Ariel (the Mermaid) towel to dry them off.
