Day #2343 (Fri., June 3, 2016) – Tickets To River Dance
I got up early this morning and bought two tickets to River Dance at the DPAC. My wife will be taking her but could not find the time to actually order the tickets so I went ahead and did it for her. I got the cheapest seats in the house, but they will still be able to see the whole stage and the “grandeur” of the event. There will be plenty of opportunities to buy more expensive tickets in the future if we find Katie does indeed love these sort of events…
I drove Katie to school this morning…the first time this week. It seems like ages. Katie was complaining about her throat so I gave her a pass on counting from 1 to 100 today. I guess they have some sort of a party planned today at school to celebrate the end of the school year.
It was funny as we were leaving this morning. Bobby saw his mother leave the house to put Katie in the car and immediately made a “bee line” for her laptop. When I peaked my head around the corner he was happily banging on the keys. He sure loves technology. Heaven knows what sort of hot keys he hit and what sort of a mess he left her laptop in…
I picked up some flowers at Trader Joe’s this evening as there is such a mad rush in the mornings. If I don’t pick them up this evening chances are I might not get the chance. Katie remembered getting flowers with ladybugs on them last year so I got the same ones tonight.
