I drove Katie to school today. Helen’s dad took her to school this morning so it was just Katie and I. We got to the school grounds around 7:25am and there was a lineup of cars waiting to drop their kids off.
Bobby loves cheese and he has even figured out a way to get it. He will go to the fridge and point to the compartment that it is held in and smack his lips with his little tongue a going…
Susan was going to throw out a toy shopping cart they had since Helen has outgrown it. It’s just the right size for Bobby and he loves it (see photo to the left).
Bobby didn’t eat his buckwheat porridge as well this evening as he usually does. Instead of gobbling it down as he watched the television he would slurp it…kind of like you would soup.
Katie has been talking about our upcoming Daddy/Daughter Day… She mentioned about a week ago how she wanted to go back to Michael’s and play with the animals. Someone we got to talking about if they would still be there or not and I said they would definitely be there as they are so expensive nobody would buy them. She relayed this fact on to Helen when I took her to school on Monday.
The John Deere ride-on tractor came in the mail this evening. Katie was up and saw it. We told her that this would be our present to Bobby for Christmas and that we would get her a present of equal value.
