Day #3080 (Tue., Jun 12, 2018) – Bosnians Leave For Home
The photo to the left shows the reading material that my wife has set aside for Katie to read during the summer. We are trying to build upon her reading comprehension as per Miss Stanford’s suggestion.
Zmedin and the Bosnians stopped by to say good-bye. They are off to Charlotte and will be flying back to Bosnia tomorrow. Unfortunately, the kids didn’t have much time to play.
Genevieve was driving home today and stopped to tell my wife that they would help us build a fence around the kiddie pool.
We went to Chick-Fil-A off 15-501 this evening. Katie hurt her lip earlier in the day so she didn’t eat much. Bobby was having too much fun in the play area to eat as well. We planned to go to Sam’s Club afterward but I was too tired to walk.
On the drive home I told Bobby that if he eats his ice cream and I will give him the phone to play with when we get home. He filled his side of the bargain and I did mine. Katie dipped her finger in Bobby’s ice cream to get her lip cool.
