Day #3114 (Mon., Jul 16, 2018) – Back From Vacation
Katie has gone to sewing/improvisation camp (sewing in the morning and improvisation camp in the afternoon). My wife was supposed to drop Bobby off at Arnesa’s place this morning, but baby Ayra is sick, so my wife took care of him. It’s hard for him to get work done when he’s around, so she ended up cleaning and trying to get him to help out.
Today was my first day back at work after last week’s vacation. I learned that Kevin had resigned.
Katie made this beautiful wristband at sewing class today (see photo to the left). My wife said that she really enjoyed the improvisation class.
When I got home this evening I gave Bobby the Duplo dump truck and excavator kit that came in the mail. He played a bit with it, but not as long as I thought he would have. At any rate, it’s always easier to put him to bed when he has a new toy to take to bed with him.
Maple peed on my bathrobe. Wonderful!
Bobby was throwing paper into Maple’s kennel this evening so my wife gave him a 5-minute timeout in his bedroom. He came out crying to me. He sure doesn’t like those timeouts!
