I seem to have come down with something. I’m not sure if it is the last bout of pneumonia I had still lingering on, or something else. At any rate, my wife dropped Bobby off at school this morning and I went to see the doctor.
The doctor listened to my lungs and said that she didn’t hear anything. She did say that Z-Pac’s have an ingredient that you can’t purchase separately that will cure what I have, the nasal drip that produces phlegm in my throat. Why did nobody ever tell me this before? She wrote me another prescription.
I picked up Bobby from school at noon. He made a “sunflower” type of a design on a paper plate (see photo to the right). We went to Walgreens to get the prescription filled. He was interested in the difference between a pharmacist and a doctor and enjoyed playing with the rope system that ensures people obey the “queue”.
Helen picked up the girls from Glenwood and drove them to her house where Katie spent the afternoon.
If you leave a plate out Maple will devour what is on it. She lies in wait. It’s ironic that we pay all this money for dog food, that she doesn’t like, and she eats people food, that is cheaper and she loves.
Katie signed up for student council today. I guess that the kids will vote on who gets in tomorrow.
