Day #3544 (Thu., Sept. 19, 2019) – Pest Guy Comes
The photo to the right shows the “Cotton Candy Grapes”… a new item at Trader Joe’s.
Both Katie and my wife are not feeling well so they stayed home from school and work. Bobby, the trooper he is, went to preschool. He so looks forward to it…
The pest guy came at noon and gave us all instructions. I went to pick Bobby up at preschool at 1 pm, and after a bit of play behind the school (in which we saw a dead hummingbird), we went home to pick up my wife and Katie. We all went to McDonalds for lunch. The kids each had a Happy Meal, with a Barbie toy for Katie and a Hot Wheels toy of Bobby.
Bobby slept a bit in the van on the ride home, but once we stopped the engine he was soon up. He went to have a nap today as well. Looks like he will be taking naps for the forseeable future.
I went to Trader Joe’s this evening for supplies. Mostly milk and eggs, which we always seem to need. I see that the TJ’s Haunted House Kits are back. I didn’t get one. Maybe we will pass this year. The kids just seem to eat the candies while I build it anyway.
