Bobby is a bit better today, but still not 100%… Bets are on for tomorrow! Will he or won’t he go to school?
Katie and her mom went for a hike around Mount Washington today! Katie got to sit in the HUGE chair (see photo to the left)! It sure was a nice sunny day for it. Katie got her homework done yesterday so she could pretty well have the day off and not worry about it.
Daddy is still nursing his sore leg. Diclofenac cream seems to be the best option over Tylenol or Advil in keeping the pain at bay. What I have is “Extra Strength”, so if I put it on every 12 hours it seems to work…but I must admit, the knee starts to get sort towards the end of this time period. I thought about going back to Urgent Care today and getting some “heavy duty meds”, but we’ll see how this works.
The plan for tomorrow? If I put Diclofenac cream on the leg tonight I might be able to drive Katie to Vanier tomorrow morning. Such lofty goals I have these days! My wife has an 8:30 am meeting so this would be great.
We are going to meet with Sabrina about Katie’s (IEP – Independent Education Plan) sometime this week. Bets are on as to whether my leg will cooperate. Let’s play it by ear shall we…
