Day #670 (Fri., Nov 4, 2011) – The Pumpkin Train
Katie is 22 months old today!
Katie loves her blueberries so I got her 4 boxes at Trader Joe’s today. She has been going through about one box a day so this will tide us over the weekend.
On the way home this evening I stopped by the house that has the “Drakin” display. They have taken the Halloween Decorations in for the year, so there will be no more chance for Katie to see “Drakin”…at least this year.
This evening I fashioned a latch out of a plastic knife by melting the ends so that our electric train now has a car it can pull along (see photo to the right). I showed Katie how this could be a number train or a shape train or a pumpkin train or a blueberry train depending on what you put into it.
