Day #3153 (Fri., Aug. 24, 2018) – Stealing Arnesa’s Lunchbox
The photo to the right shows the finger rockets that I picked up for the kids at the Dollar Store the other day.
Today is the last day of Wildlife Camp for Katie. I saw Adrian, who works with my wife, as I dropped her off. Apparently today they are going to make a series of teepees into a village.
Arnesa took Bobby and the kids to the science museum in Durham today. Apparently a lady stole her lunch box and drink bottle. They saw her in the cafeteria and got the lunch box and drink bottle back. The lady said that she had one just like it at home.
My wife picked Katie up at Wildlife Camp this afternoon and they both went to CiCi’s for a haircut. Arnesa met them there and dropped Bobby off, who got a haircut as well. Afterwards they all went to McDonalds for dinner. Bobby got a cool periscope in his Happy Meal.
Bobby has expressed an interest in being a skeleton for Halloween this year. Let’s see if this wanes out in the next month or so. We told Katie that last year might be the last year where she can pick out his costume for him. True to form, as was the case with Katie at his age, he has his own opinions on what he wants to be.
