Day #3415 (Mon., May 13, 2019) – Momma Daddy
With my wife off in New Orleans today is my first full day to take care of the kids all by myself. I woke Katie up just before 7 am, got her ready, and took her to Susan’s house by 7:20 am.
When Bobby got up I got him ready and dropped him off at preschool. Unfortunately Frankie wasn’t there today. He did some wonderful art though (see photo to the left).
I was unable to put Bobby to bed for a nap today, but he did sleep in the car when I went to Glenwood to pick up Katie and Helen. I gave him a Tootsie Pop to munch on while we waited.
Katie had O’s for dinner when we got home. Soon it was time to take her to dance class. Bobby wanted to play outside the school while Katie danced away. He met another boy and they pretend a bench was a firetruck and the floor was lava, and even saw a spider.
Miss Barbara is sick so there was no swim class for Bobby this evening, which made life a bit easier.
When we got back I made a Sam’s Club pizza for the family. We then had a Skype session with my wife.
Katie was out at 9 pm and Bobby soon after.
