Day #4557 (Tue., Jun. 28, 2022) – Cassidy Hutchinson
There was another round of hearings for the January 6th Committee this afternoon starting at 1 pm. Today’s hearing focused on Cassidy Hutchinson, who was Mark Meadows aide during his tenure as Chief of Staff under Donald Trump. My wife and I watched the whole thing. There have been reports that her life is in danger and they moved her testimony up till today as a result. Ginger enjoyed the testimony as well (see photo to the left).
Frogs have laid some eggs in our pool, so Katie is going to start up her little “hatching” experiment again. She went down to the creek to get some water for the container she will be using to hatch them in.
I went for more groceries this afternoon. My wife was upset that the kids and I ate the whole cherry pie this past weekend, so I got another for her. I also got some milk and juice for the kids, along with some frozen treats.
Just before bedtime we watched episode #2 of “Snowflake Mountain”. I watched the first part of this episode by myself earlier as it deals with skinning a deer, something both Katie and my wife did not want to know anything about.
