I drove Bobby to Glenwood this morning. We drove past UNC, but no signs of the students who were camping out and protesting. Bobby has a field trip today to the UNC Botanical Gardens, but it was almost cancelled due to the student demonstrations. Since UNC has not moved to “Condition #2”, they decided to go ahead with it.
Bobby forgot to take his wrist brace to school today. It’s May 1st, so he technically doesn’t need to wear it anymore, but we thought it might be a good idea to wear it on the field trip just in case.
Bobby had a “Sun nut butter & jelly” sandwich for lunch today at Glenwood. He told me that he likes the grape jelly.
Batman loves to hang out in Katie’s room (see photo to the right).
We filled out the forms for Matthew at RBC for our mortgage this afternoon. He will be depositing funds in my Canadian RBC account since he cannot deposit into a US account for some reason.
Katie is planning on having another sleepover this weekend. This time at Tinsley’s place with Leah. She has a new “crush”, Louis Partridge…an actor.
