Day #5545 – (Wed., Mar. 12, 2025) – Katie Walks Victoria
Daddy is still sick and recovering from this “pneumonia”. The Doxycycline is helping “I hope”… I slept in and most of the morning so Katie took a walk around Victoria harbor by herself. She is creating a video of her trip to Victoria, so taking video and editing it is taking up a lot of her time.
We drove out to Langford to see Batman this afternoon (see photo to the right). It’s certainly a lot easier to drive out here and back in the daylight. The vet who came to talk to us was from South Africa. When he left he was supposed to tell someone come and get Batman in about 10 minutes, but they forgot about us. They also forgot to do up the bill for Batman’s surgery tomorrow as well. Oh, and Batman sure hated that cone around his neck… 🙂
This evening we stopped off at Panago Pizza near the McDonald’s we visited on Monday. We had to park under Quality Foods and take the elevator up a level, then walk outside, to order and pick it up. I also got 6 wings, which was great!
I think I slept a bit better this evening…
