Day #5642 – (Tue., June 17, 2025) – Florida Panthers Win The Stanley Cup!
Bobby is home sick today. Most likely a reaction to the COVID vaccine shot yesterday. Katie, on the other hand, went to school, but wanted to be picked up after her foods class and before her science class. Her mother went to get her at 1:50 pm.
I made 8 Creami containers of “Sweet Potato Creami” this morning. I love this stuff and have one practically every evening before bed. Only sweet potatoes, almond milk, vanilla, and some xanthan gum. Delish!
Bobby went to sleep early this evening with triple comforters (see photo to the right). He still has a 101 degree temperature and chills, courtesy of the COVID vaccine yesterday.
Well, I can’t find my GoPro. The last I remember I had it will filming the garage insulation work this past September. Then I got sick, then the McCartney concert, then Christmas… I wonder where it could be?
