Day #5650 – (Wed., June 25, 2025) – Bobby Brings ALL School Work Home!
Today is the last day of Bobby’s cycle training. He rode on trails for 1.5 hours. His legs hurt but he feels very proud of himself. He’s getting into much better shape being here rather than in the Chapel Hill school system.
Today Bobby brought home all his school work for the year. This includes all his binders, his notebooks, and his sketchbooks.
Katie has been making great progress regarding her online school homework. I joked with her that if she was able to do all her courses online she would be able to graduate high school by the end of the summer!
Our hen is nesting again… (see photo to the left) Are more eggs on the way???
NVDA hit an all time high today. I sold another $10,000 US$ to pay for our new gate, etc.
My wife bought some travel insurance today for their trip to Lithuania on Monday.
Regarding the AI job that my wife applied for, they paid her $7 for the training, but no jobs have come up yet for her to do. Hopefully something will pan out, but it reminds me a lot like the “Teaching English To Chinese Kids” program that I was involved with a few years ago. Big promises but few deliveries.
Tomorrow there will be an assembly at 9 am at Huband. We received notice from Bobby’s teacher, Mrs. Nelson, that he will be getting an award, so my wife and I are going.
