In Courtenay I contacted Anthony to tell him that our new front gate has been installed and he can connect the electricity to it.
In London the family had a quick breakfast and then drove off to Woburn Safari Park at 9:45. They arrived around 11:30 am. The park itself has two parts, a “Self-Drive Safari” and a “Foot Safari”. On the drive portion they saw bears, lions, a tiger, monkeys, zebras, giraffes, ostriches, and alpacas (see photos to the right). They then had lunch and went and explored the foot Safari. The kids enjoyed playing in the playground and some slides.
On the way back to London they hit the evening traffic rush so it took about 3 hours to get home. Lina made them all burgers for dinner – some comfort food 😂!
They just rested for the rest of the night after such a busy day animal watching.
