Day #985 (Fri., Sept. 14, 2012) – The Little Monkey Would Go “Whoo Hoo”
Katie made the craft camera in the photo to the left at school the other day. I should say, she decorated it with the assorted stickers.
Our neighbors Brian and Susan and there children are coming over to our place tomorrow for dinner. We stopped off at Trader Joe’s for supplies. Salad, lasagna and assorted desserts should fit the bill nicely. They give out free food at the counter and Katie sure did love the peach drink that they served. So much so that we had to get three little paper sampler cups of the stuff to satisfy her….she just kept asking for more. Of course we had to get a bottle to take home as well…
This evening Katie is waiting for Helen to arrive for dinner tomorrow night but we had a hard time convincing her that she would need to sleep first.
In playing with Katie’s computer this evening there is a game where they show a number on the screen and you have to push it. I would ask her which number it was and she would point to it. She would then say “Can I push it”? When I said “yes” she would push it and the little monkey would go “Whoo Hoo”. Katie knows her numbers.
