Day #1011 (Wed., Oct. 10, 2012) – Sleeping In The Big Bed
Usually when my wife picks up Katie at preschool she will stay in the elevator til she is the last one and then start to cry. Today my wife captured a momentous occasion. Instead of waiting and crying Katie came bounding out of the elevator with curls a bouncing and gave my wife a hug. At least we are making progress in this regard…

I gave Katie a “Special Present” of elastic rings this evening. They are intended to be put in your hair…but they can easily be used as accessories for a teddy bear as well… 🙂
For whatever reason I find that Katie gets extremely fussy around 6pm…or dinner time. She is fine once I come home but by that time she is into screaming and fussing about. Not exactly sure why.
After I went to bed my wife sent me the following email:

So, it’s 11:50 pm, Katie is asleep in her big bed!!! It’s the first time she fell asleep there on her own, without me putting her there half asleep (while sick or in the middle of the night).
