Day #1065 (Mon., Dec. 3, 2012) – The Giant Keyboard
The photo to the right shows the PJ’s that my wife picked up for Katie at the consignment sale yesterday. She is outgrowing her “onesies”.
At class today there was a huge keyboard on the ground. The kids could walk on it and generate all kinds of musical notes.
My wife tells me that Katie is the first one out of the school elevator these days. Katie screams and runs to her and then gives her a big hug. What a change from the old days when she used to cry as soon as the elevator door opened.
My wife made two appointments for Katie this morning…one for the pediatrician and the other for the dentist.
I got an email at 2pm from my wife…Katie still refuses to go to bed for her nap. Not sure why the switch in her sleeping patterns. I suggested she give her a banana as she ate one last night. She gave her some berries and milk…let’s see if this works.
Another email from my wife at 3pm. Katie is finally sleeping…at least an hour earlier than yesterday.
This evening Katie and I played a game of hide and seek. She loves it when she is chased.
