Day #1662 (Wed., July 23, 2014) – Fresh Juice
Izzy took care of Katie today. Her mother took her and Katie on her trip to run errands and picked up a coloring book and crayons for Katie in the process. Katie’s drawing is becoming more elaborate. You can see her drawing of trees in the photo to the right.
At noon today I drove to A.C. Moore to pick up a fine paintbrush for my wife. When I entered the store I noticed a nice multi-colored craft cabinet. I was planning on getting it but thought I should talk to my wife about it first. When I got home this evening and mentioned it to my wife we decided that after cooking some hamburger on the grill I would go and pick one up. They were on sale from $69 to $41 so we wanted to make sure that they were not all sold out. I assembled it this evening when I got home and we decided that we needed another one as Katie has so many crafts.
On the way home this evening I also stopped by WholeFoods as my wife is having cravings for fresh juices. I wasn’t sure exactly what she would like so I picked up for separate ones. The orange/mango juice really hit the spot.
