Little Bobby weighed in at: 16lbs 1.5oz (7300g) today. Back on May 25th he weighed only 15lbs 1oz. So he’s growing like a weed.
I drove over to Target this morning to exchange the box of #2 diapers for #3 diapers. We were hoping to return a Lego set as well but we didn’t have the receipt and the purchase didn’t show up on the credit card.
This afternoon I drove Katie to Leo’s birthday party at the White Tiger Taekwondo DoJo (see photo to the right) near the Food Lion in Tymberlyne. Katie was scared of all the shouting as they performed their various katas and board breaking routines. As a result she sat by my for the whole demonstration and would not leave. MacKenzie tried to get her to join in but she was not having any part of it. Things were better once she had some cake. She participated in the various games…there was no shouting at these.
My wife had a 3 hour sleep this afternoon while I tended to little Bobby. Katie and I got to see “American Pharoah” win the Triple Crown.
My wife found this information online:
————————————————-
Infant’s head is about one-fourth his or her total length, while an adult’s head is one-tenth of his or her total height.
Besides having a large head, an infant has a long trunk, a “pot-bellied” abdomen, and short legs. The gain in length during the first year is because the trunk grows. The legs do not grow
much longer at this time. The abdomen sticks out because the internal organs are large for the baby’s small body.

I was up late into the evening figuring out how the two games: “Monopoly Junior – Frozen Edition” and “Cash Flow For Kids” work. Tomorrow we’ll be able to play them in earnest.
